Electric Wire Rope Hoists
Electric wire rope hoists are highly preferred and can be used in general industry. STHAHL CraneSystems wire rope hoists are offered in various capacity ranges from 0.5-25 tons for SH model,25-125 tons for AS model, and 25-160 tons for SHW model(winch).Higher capacity also can be configured to suit specific application.
Electric wire rope hoists are high safety with specially designed mechanical and electrical protection devices. Standard model is designed for short headroom application giving more lifting range, more compact, and modern setup.
Electric Chain Hoists
Electric chain hoists can lift materials weighing 0.25-6.3 tons for standard application and are preferred for small cranes (6 directions) or monorail hoists (4 directions) suitable for lifting of machines for repair. Special setup electric chain hoists can be designed for lifting capacity up to 30 tons. Electric chain hoists have the same protective devices as the wire rope hoist hoists.
Explosion-proof hoists
STAHL CraneSystems are accepted as worldwide leader in the manufacturing and installation of explosion-proof hoists and crane components. STAHL’s electric wire rope hoists and chain hoists offers accreditation consistent with ATEX and IEC EX standards and are completely made in Germany.
Application of explosion-proof hoists and devices are classified into groups based on area of protection. Explosion-proof hoist and equipment can be used in potential explosive area in various industries, such as natural gas terminal and storage, petrochemical plant, weapon testing facilities, and research institutes.
ALLA engineers are specially trained and certified for installation and maintenance of the explosion-proof hoists and devices.
Manual Chain Hoists
Manual chain hoists can cover the lifting capacity range from 0.1-10 tons and are suitable for no power operation areas or lifting and repairing infrequently used equipment. Manual chain hoists have a small compact size, light weight, easy to install and high safety with mechanical protection systems according to the manufacturer’s standards.
Single-Girder and Double-Girder Overhead Cranes
Single-girder and double-girder overhead cranes are mainly used cranes due to simple design, convenient installation and non-redundant use. Overhead cranes can use both chain and sling hoists based on lifting needs. Single girder overhead cranes should be installed in buildings with a width of maximum 24 meters and can lift load capacity up to 16 tons. Double girder overhead cranes are more suitable for wide buildings.
In the area of hoist equipment, ALLA can design 2 sets of hoists in sync by a single trolley for use in lifting equipment with need to turn work piece over.
A set of crane equipment consists of the end carriage attached to the girder and gear motors drive both sizes. According to ALLA standards, gear motors have two speeds and are capable of achieving two speed levels or are inverter-controlled gear motors with variable speed according to control pendant buttons.
Apart from primary crane equipment, the crane equipment has protective systems complying with the ALLA’s standards, consisting of crane control panels with equipment for preventing and controlling horizontal crane movement.
Moreover, overhead cranes have electric system protection devices to prevent electricity fault that have effects on crane equipment. Overhead cranes have protection on both opposite sides and both horizontal sides with light and audio warning systems, signs showing safe lifting weights and safety signs in line with safety standards and laws.
In addition to standard equipment, ALLA has experienced engineer teams capable of designing and adding special equipment based on user needs with the highest safety and cost-efficiency.
Suspension Cranes
Suspension cranes are suspended on rails with characteristics similar to overhead cranes. Girders are attached to and hung with the end carriage. Suspension crane components are the same as overhead cranes and can be designed with a single girder and double girders, depending on lifting weight and width, and have the same protective systems and equipment and standards.
Gantry Crane
Gantry cranes are usually applied to open area with crane supports for girders on both sides in the case of gantry cranes or one side in the case of semi-gantry cranes. The entire crane set runs on a rail installed on the ground. Equipment on the crane set is the same equipment as suspension crane and have same protective system and equipment standards.
Gantry cranes may have roof for protecting hoists and other equipment from the sunlight and rain to increase protection and lifetime.
Pillar Jib Crane
Pillar jib cranes with pillars installed on the building’s floor with an extended jib rotation at the specific angle. Pillar jib cranes have a lift load capacity range from 0.25 to 10 tons, depending on length height of lifting range.
This type of cranes has space limitation. Therefore, this type of crane must be used in specific workplaces with no movement. Cranes can be designed to be driven electrically and manually in the case of small cranes.
Pillar jib cranes have electric system protection devices (in the case of electrical systems) to prevent electricity fault and effects on crane equipment. Pillar jib cranes have limit switches for protection, light and audio warning systems, signs of showing safe lifting weights and safety according to the safety standards and laws.
Wall Jib Crane
Wall jib cranes are installed to building posts and have jibs that rotate at specific degrees with a lifting capacity of 0.25-10 tons, depending on jib range. Building posts should be designed to be able to support crane loads with sufficient safety according to engineering standards.
This type of crane is similar to a pillar jib crane, which has limited condition of space in workplace and should be used for specific areas with no movement. Wall jib cranes can be designed to be driven electrically and manually with protective equipment as same as the standards and safety requirements of pillar jib cranes.
Wall Traveling Cranes
Wall traveling cranes are cranes with a jib extended from the wall at the specified range up to 10 meters. The driving set has an end carriage with a gear motor set to enable cranes to run on rails.
This type of crane has restricted space and is installed to building walls. Thus, the application of wall travelling cranes must be used in the limited space and only in the area of the travelling crane.
Equipment for protecting electrical systems to prevent electricity malfunctions and cause the damage to crane equipment. Wall-traveling cranes have limit switches for protection, light and audio warning systems, safety signs showing safe lifting weights conform with safety standards and laws.
For this type of cranes, building posts should be designed to be able to support crane weight with sufficient safety according to engineering standards.
Monorail Hoists
Monorail hoists are hanging on rails and driving on rails with lifting capability, depended on rail weight and lines. Monorail hoists can be designed to run on curved rails at specified radii and have equipment for protecting electrical systems. Monorail hoists have limit switches for protection, light and audio warning systems, signs of showing safe lifting weights and safety according to safety standards and laws.
Crane Structure Components
Crane structure components are crane structure equipment such as runway beams, runway rails and free-standing crane columns.
In case, where the customer’s factory was not designed for cranes, ALLA can design structures for cranes installation, based on size and area specifications made by customers. ALLA experienced engineers have installed cranes in many projects.
Fabrication Work
More than 30 years of crane manufacturing and assembly experience, ALLA currently has modern manufacturing processes and tools such as six-head welders capable of welding and assembling crane beams in an instant along the length of steel beams and capable of checking welding marks and pain thickness, etc.

Training for Personnel in 4 Positions
In addition to quality and safe installation work to meet international standards, ALLA has many teams of engineer to provide the training in the area of safety, occupational health and work environment for crane controllers, signalers, riggers and supervisors in compliance with laws on engines, cranes and boilers of 2009, which are certified by engineers.
Refurbishment Work
With the engineering team’s experience, ALLA can repair or modify customer’s cranes and equipment to increase safety in workplace. ALLA is able to provide recommendation for customers to receive the best solution and most cost-effectiveness.

STAHL electric wire rope hoists
STAHL electric wire rope hoists are suitable for standard cranes and cranes for every industry. These hoists are safe and high durable according to ISO, FEM and DIN standards, the loads capacity range is 1-25 tons for the SH model and 25-125 tons for the AS model. STAHL electric wire rope hoists have highly safe, durable and long-lasting control systems and protective equipment manufactured and assembled in Germany. AL electric wire rope hoists
are suitable for standard cranes and general industry. Electric wire rope hoists are designed to meet FEM and DIN standards with the size range from 1 ton to 25 tons. Electric wire rope hoists have control systems and protective equipment that use gear motor equipment from ABM, Germany, which has high quality and over 40 years of experience.
Safety equipment such as the overload protection system can check weight accurately and prevent excessive weight lifting. The hoist limit switch has four levels with temperature sensor in every motor. When high temperature occurs, the system cuts off motor operation to prevent damage to motors. In addition to increasing safety system, rope guide and additional option can be provided.
Gear sets are closed loop gear system can be used without changing gear lubricants throughout the lifetime. Gear systems are strong, durable and have low sound.

Every hoist has protective safety equipment such as slipping clutch overload protection to prevent excessive loads, limit switches at the uppermost and bottom levels in addition to mechanical torque limits and FEC-standard galvanized chains.
Electric chain hoists have durable chain guides and gears are designed to have a 3-stage helical gearbox with low sound. The gear guide has a chain storage set as standard equipment with additional options to increase safety.
