ALLA realizes how important after-sales services are. We have developed skillful and experienced service teams to provide after-sales services, spare part replacement for cranes and material handling systems. We stock more than Baht 20 million of spare parts. Our service center locates at 255/22 Road No. 331 Borwin Sri Racha Chonburi and can swiftly serve our customers 24 hours a day. Our customers can be assured that they will receive convenient services. Our services have many areas as follows.

  1. Repair

We provide repair services for both contract customers and general customers. Customers with warranty/service contract will immediately receive services after they inform us. As for general, after a customer informs us, our experienced staff will immediately visit customer, inspect and identify problem, quote price and repair equipment accordingly.

  1. Spare Parts

We have spare parts for all products in our inventory. Hence, customers will be assured that they will receive best and in time services for part replacement. Our experienced staff will visit and advise customer, inspect, quote price and replace part accordingly.

  1. Service Contract

We have inspection service in accordance with legal requirements for both our existing customers and new customers. There are three types of inspection based on loads as follows.

  • 1 to 3 tons load: requires Preventive Maintenance (PM) and load testing once a year
  • 3 to 50 tons load: requires Preventive Maintenance (PM) and load testing every 6 months
  • More than 50 tons load: requires Preventive Maintenance (PM) and load testing every 3 months
  1. Warranty

We focus on high standard after-sale services with 1-year warranty. Customers will conveniently receive our service from our team and staff. The team will visit customers every month or agreed period.

  1. Load Testing

Load testing prior to operation commencement, which is important to us, is to provide safety for any operation. After load testing, the engineer will issue certificate (Por Jor 1), which is required by Law to customer.

  1. Repair

We provide repair services for both service-contract customers and general customers. Service-contract customers will immediately receive services after they inform us. As for general, after a customer inform us, our experienced staff will visit customer, inspect and identify problem, quote price and repair equipment accordingly.

 

  1. Spare Parts

We have spare parts for all products in our inventory. Hence, customers will be assured that they will receive best services for part replacement. Our experienced staff will visit and advise customer, inspect, quote price and replace part accordingly.

 

  1. Warranty

We focus on high standard after-sale services with 1-year warranty. Customers will conveniently receive our service from our team and staff. The team will visit customers’ premises monthly or agreed period.

 

  1. Service Contract

Besides warranty, we also offer service contract to both customers who use ALLA’s products and general customers. Customers can purchase our service contract after warranty expires. Customer will receive service to inspect in accordance with warranty’s terms and conditions on monthly or agreed period basis, ensuring continuous efficiency and effectiveness of equipment.
